About Orleatha
I didn't become a REALTOR® to sell houses. I became one to make a complicated process feel simple. Before real estate, I spent years as a biology teacher and over a decade in corporate Learning & Development, and I've carried the same philosophy into every deal I close: explain it clearly, skip the jargon, and never make a client feel behind.
Today I specialize in helping South Bay homeowners 55+ use Proposition 19 to move without losing their property tax base, and I'm a CAR Certified Probate & Trust Specialist, meaning when a home sale is tied to a parent's passing or a family trust, I know how to guide you through it with both expertise and care.
I've called the South Bay home since high school, and I work throughout Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Gardena, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Harbor City, Lawndale, and Long Beach.
When I'm not in real estate, I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of Sip Herbals, a caffeine-free coffee alternative brand featured on Shark Tank and in Forbes — so I know a thing or two about building something real and seeing it through.
